Our mission is to provide a World Class Experience while chasing some of the biggest whitetails in an environment that let's our deer be deer.
Located just outside Cooperstown New York, which is home to the Baseball Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass Opera and the beautiful Otsego Lake, you will find our Heaven on Earth called BigTine Ranch. The ranch houses some of the largest and healthiest Whitetails in the Northeast. Our ridges, valleys, agricultural fields, food plots and hundreds of acres of Switchgrass fields make for a diverse property and unique hunting experience. BigTine was designed by an avid archery hunter to hunt trophy Whitetails and Turkeys with archery equipment with strategically placed blinds which overlook food plots and our perches, 20 plus feet in the air but our mission is evolving. Starting in 2024 we will be offering the opportunity to hunt with Rifle. We strive to provide a World Class Experience to hunt World Class Trophy Whitetails. There are no guarantees for success as we have some bucks that have eluded our hunters for multiple years.

The Whitetail Hunt
At BigTine, all our deer hunt packages are created and managed with the primary purpose of improving the quality of wildlife on our property. Over the past many years, we have selectively harvested animals in an effort to only allow those animals with superior genetics to promulgate the species. We are now at a point where we can have hunters actively help manage our wildlife populations in accordance with the best wildlife conservation methods and maintain these populations within the proper carrying capacities of our habitat. To that end, we continue to carefully determine the approximate number of whitetails to be hunted with consideration to age, sex, and traits.
